There’s not a lot we know yet about the 25th Bond movie in the works. Still no script, still no story, still no stars. With what little we know of Bond 25, it’s hard to say for sure who’s right for the job, but with what knowledge we do have, we’re thinking Taylor Swift could make a pretty bomb Bond Girl.
As of now, it’s looking like Tom Hiddleston is the favorite to play 007 in the next James Bond movie. And isn’t it fitting that his Bond Girl should be the girl that’s been on his arm for the last few weeks? Of course there are all kinds of theories that this relationship is one big elaborate ‘future Bond and Bond Girl’ publicity stunt, but for now we’ll give them the benefit of the doubt.
First of all, she’s got the look and attitude fit for a Bond Girl. She’s beautiful, sexy and strong. That girl is not to be messed with.
Throughout her entire time in the limelight, we’ve seen her handle every beef and every breakup in the most headstrong and bold way. Whether it’s her sassy retaliations at Kanye West or her intense way of dealing with exes, “weak” is not a word one uses in describing Taylor Swift. Not totally convinced? Just listen to “Bad Blood” and “Blank Space.” Those lyrics prove that she’s not gonna put up with any BS.
Second, she’s got the unpredictability of a Bond Girl. You never know if 007 is in danger of falling in love or falling into a trap, if she’s an ally, a sidekick, or a villainess.
In the same way you’ll never know who Taylor’s new man will be, what (or who) she’ll sing about, what look she’ll go for next. She went from country curly-haired sweetheart to spunky, short-haired badass in the blink of an eye. She went from “You Belong With Me” to “I Knew You Were Trouble” before most of us had time to think. It’s that very blindsiding, catch-you-off-guard, shock-factor nature that makes her the perfect fit for the next Bond Girl.
