Zayn Malik‘s song ‘Pillowtalk’ is undeniably a pop power-ballad legacy. The song proved that andy doubts about Zayn’s solo career after his split from One Direction could be put to rest.
Zayn’s talent on his own was fully recognized, and last year, raper Tyler, the Creator tweeted at Zayn asking for a collab.

In classic Tyler style, the tweet was in all caps, and very straightforward.
Zayn responded to Tyler that he was totally down.

When time passed without any Zayn-Tyler collab, a curious fan tweeted at Tyler and asked why the two hadn’t made anything together. Tyler explained that Zayn allegedly had flaked on him twice.

But nonetheless, Tyler just put out his remix of ‘Pillowtalk”.
The raper captioned the video: “I HAD NO ART TO GO ALONG WITH THIS SO I RECORDED MYSELF DANCING TO IT. THEY MIGHT TAKE THIS DOWN. MADE IN FEB.”
And he is totally serious! The video features Tyler playing guitar for a bit, and then dancing around to his version of the song.
