“I think all of the bully types I deal with… who are determined to be against me in my life… I want others to see they don’t need to be a follower or conform to what others think or do and let them live their lives to their full potential,” Abraham said of the single. “I feel that to overcome the gravity of the negativity bullies try to portray on others, we really need our own space and focus to leave all of that behind and clear the negativity.”
The 22-year-old former cheerleader, who was featured on the MTV docu-series 16 and Pregnant and later Teen Mom when she became pregnant in high school, has her young adult life in the pubic eye.
She, however, has often been scrutinized and critiqued. Many tabloids have slammed Abraham for being “destroyed by fame.” She received criticism for her several plastic surgeries. She later released a sex tape and was caught in lies over a fake boyfriend.
“Being yourself is making you famous/live and learn be better than normal/make those mistakes you’re blowing all of their minds away,” Abraham sings on the track.
Abraham released her autobiographical book, My Teenage Dream Ended in 2012.
Will she pursue a music career? “Music is my hobby, not my career move,” she recently told InTouch magazine.
