Amazing Spider-Man 2, May 2014
I am more interested in seeing this sequel because of who plays the female lead role… Emma Stone. She is definitely a talented actress who always seems to steal scenes, which doesn’t bother me. It will also be entertaining to watch Jamie Foxx play the villain Electro.

X-Men: Days of Future Past, May 2014
The cast list of this sequel reads like a who-is-who of Hollywood containing names such as: Jennifer Lawrence, Ellen Page, Sir Ian McKellen, Halle Berry, Hugh Jackman, Patrick Stewart, and more. Plus I get to see one of my favorite actors rip off his shirt to become Wolverine…Hugh Jackman’s abs are dreamy!

22 Jump Street, June 2014
With Channing Tatum and Jonah Hill holding the starring roles in this film, there is no way I am missing it. Tatum and Hill return as undercover cops in this sequel, but instead of pretending to be high school kids, the two will have to go undercover as college students in order to break up a fraternity crime ring.

Transformers: Age of Extinction, June 2014
Although I have never really been into the Transformers franchise, I am definitely interested in seeing this one. With Shia LaBeouf no longer in Hollywood, Mark Wahlberg will take the starring role in this sequel. Forget the story line, I just need my fill of Mark Wahlberg’s voice and muscles! Yummy.

There is one sequel I am definitely not excited for: Dumb & Dumber To. I have never been a fan of this brand of humor… two men riding on a moped together, dried boogers on the face, horrible clothes, and goofy looking teeth. So as you could imagine, there is no way I will be seeing the sequel to 1994’s Dumb and Dumber which is slated to hit theaters around November 2014.
