Earlier this week, Scott Disick checked into a luxury rehab facility in Costa Rica for or a second time this year, but this time with a press release. One can only hope that Scoot Disick is truly attempting to battle his addiction for his and Kourtney Kardashian's three children, but there are some odd facts surrounding his rehab check-in.

The news of Scott Disick checking into a rehab facility spread like wildfire earlier this week, when the center, located in Costa Rica, released an official statement of Disick’s admittance. The move came as no surprise, after yet another wild alcohol-infused weekend in New Jersey. Disick was hosting Pool After Dark, a party inside a casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey, when he couldn’t stop the alcohol from flowing. After a night of rumored tequila shots, beer, and champagne, Scott Disick was supposedly found wondering the hotel barefoot Sunday morning.

Scott checked into Rythmia Life Advancement Center, a luxury rehab centered located not far from the beaches of Costa Rica. The center is known for its use of all-natural techniques to cure patients from their addictions. Scott Disick is reportedly looking forward to using iboga to release him from his alcohol addiction. The substance is derived from a plant found in Africa. Its use is currently banned in the United States. It is rumored to cause hallucinations and extreme muscle relaxation. Hopefully this isn’t just a drug experiment for Scott Disick.

As millions of television viewers have witnessed over the years on Keeping Up with the Kardashians and their many spin-offs, Scott Disick has continually struggled to control his alcoholism and drug experimentation. Kourtney Kardashian, his long time girlfriend, has given him many ultimatums that she would leave him if he didn’t remain sober. She however, continually takes him back despite his continued drunken escapades. The latest season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians premiered the exact same day, March 16th, that Disick checked into rehab. Is this simply another Kardashian publicity stunt?
