Move over Ernie, Bert has two new sidekicks. One Direction's heartthrobs Harry Styles and Liam Payne join Bert for a rendition of "The Alphabet Song".
The boy band One Direction will become part of Sesame Street’s long list of alumni this Fall when they appear on the well known children’s show. The group sings about the letter “U”, while Harry Styles and Liam Payne join Bert for the ABC song. It’s really cute when Harry and Liam seem to forget the words toward the of the song. Bert, of course, is unimpressed and maybe a bit concerned.
Over the years, many famous celebrities have made appearances on Sesame Street. Check them out on YouTube. Two of my personal favorites are Usher and India Arie, but there are so many more for your entertainment.
