The Australian model separated from Hobbit actor Orlando Bloom, 37, nearly six months ago and says that she’s happier than ever. The two co-parent son Flynn, 3.
“I’m dating. I’m loving it,” she tells GQ. “Two happy parents are better than two unhappy parents. This is my time to explore and have some fun. I’m not looking to fall in love again quickly.”
Although they are no longer a couple, Kerr tells GQ that her and Bloom shared an undeniable chemistry.
“The older I get, the more confident I am about asking for thing I enjoy,” she says. “Orlando and I always had great chemistry.”
She also credits her sex life for helping to keep her enviable physique.
“One thing I’ve noticed is now that I’m having less sex my body isn’t as toned,” she explains. “The more sex I have, the more defined my arms and stomach get.”
As to whether she is a member of the mile-high club, Kerr says, “Sort of. Let’s put it this way, I’ve had an orgasm in the air before. Alone. And together.”
Kerr also opens up about her attraction to women, confessing to the magazine, “I love the female body and truly appreciate the female form,” she says. “I really enjoy sketching women, especially their backs. I definitely need a man in the bedroom, however- a nice strong chest to lie on. Still, I want to explore. Never say never.”
The supermodel also admits that now that she is single, she has been getting the attention of many would-be male suitors. “I still get chatted up a lot. I’ve had some crazy, ridiculous proposals- stuff you wouldn’t even see in the movies.”
