Katy Perry has tried her hand at marriage and long term relationships, but they just haven’t worked out. The popular singer has decided to skip the relationship element and head straight for motherhood. According to Katy’s friends, she wants to get pregnant after her upcoming seven month long world tour ends. The Prismatic World Tour kicks off in Belfast, Northern Ireland on May 7th.

Being a single mom by choice isn’t unusual in the celebrity crowd, just look at January Jones, Sandra Bullock, and Charlize Theron. Even Angelina Jolie was a single mom to Maddox before coupling up with Brad Pitt. Hopefully Katy is really taking the time to think about this major life change. If she does choose to have a baby, at least she can hire a private chef to make her cheesy hash browns at midnight… Seriously girl, you are going to want those!
Motherhood is amazing and a lot of hard work! Whether Katy chooses to adopt, become pregnant, or wait until the right partner comes along she will have the love and support of her loved ones and fans.
