To the dismay of Argentinian Beliebers, Justin Bieber announced on Twitter today that he will not be able to make stops in Argentina during his Purpose Tour. He said that the decision was not his own, but rather that of higher legal power.
Argentinian beliebers I would like nothing more than to bring the #purposetour there but until the legal conditions change there I can't.

Argentina I do love you. It is in fact one of my favorite places to tour. I wish this was not the case. My lawyers say it is what it is.

Though he didn’t explain why exactly legal actions prevented him from making stops in Argentina, it more than likely has something to do with his performance in Buenos Aires in 2013 involving some high-key disrespect for the Argentinian flag that was tossed up on stage:
Surprised that he is not able to stop in Argentina? Not so much.
