Beyoncé was honored with a cover along with Robert Redford, Jason Collins and Mary Barra!

Whoop! 41 WOMEN made the cut this year! Bravo, ladies! Queen Bey is officially the only person on Earth who can go pantless on the cover of Time and get away with it. Fierce.

Lean In author and Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg penned a rather nice piece about the singer, “Beyoncé doesn’t just sit at the table. She builds a better one… Her secret: hard work, honesty and authenticity. And her answer to the question, What would you do if you weren’t afraid? appears to be ‘Watch me. I’m about to do it.’ Then she adds, ‘You can, too.’ ”

Bey has had an epic year and that surprise release of her full album really shot her to the top. It was revolutionary and we’ll see a lot other artists attempt the same strategy in the future.

The 100 Most Influential People list also included actors Amy Adams, Benedict Cumberbatch, Matthew McConaughey, Kerry Washington and Robin Wright, along with musicians Pharrell Williams and Carrie Underwood. Even Miley Cyrus got kudos… Kind of strange to put her on the same list as Pope Francis, but she definitely gets people talking.

Even if you’re not a huge Bey fan, you have to admire how she’s always on the move and always pushing for bigger and better.
