Hogwarts Is Here is a totally free, nine-week course available to “all aspiring witches and wizards.” Yes, you can get that long-awaited acceptance letter via email, download textbooks and start working through classes! This website was created by tech savvy Harry Potter fans and is run by volunteers! It’s school, so you have homework and quizzes. For real. But unlike real school, you actually care about Charms, Herbology, Astronomy, History of Magic, Transfiguration, Potions, and Defense Against the Dark Arts!
Sadly there isn’t a sorting hat, so you get to choose your house: Gryffindor, Slytherin, Ravenclaw, or Hufflepuff. After sorting you get to “buy” books and even get to live in the dorm and mingle in the common room. Oh and you can earn House Points and capture chocolate frogs too!
