Zac Efron took a leap of faith and jumped off a cliff with the help of adventurer Bear Grylls.
Zac Efron joined Bear Grylls, the thrill seeking adventure show host, in New York’s Catskill Mountains. The pair strip off their shirts before putting them in backpacks and tossing them into the water below.
Bear also convinced the 26-year-old actor to go skydiving, and caught the whole thing on film.
“We reached out to him and he kindly said he was a fan of the show and that he was in 120 percent,” Bear told People. “He asked for the biggest adventure and it was an honor to oblige.”
Zac’s episode of Running Wild With Bear Grylls airs Monday, July 28 on NBC.

A few weeks ago, Zac and new lady love Michelle Rodriguez went horseback riding in Sardinia, Italy. The pair were vacationing with friends. Zac sported a pair of black jeans but opted to go shirtless for the adventure as his horse trotted on the sandy shore of a lake.

The couple had been spotted a few days earlier getting hot and heavy in a nightclub in Sardinia and kissing on a boat off the coast.
“Zac and Michelle have great chemistry,” a source told Us Weekly. “They have a lot to talk about, a lot in common.”
