Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran share their love of cats, Legos, and Drake!
In a new MTV documentary 9 Days and Nights of Ed Sheeran, a sneak preview of which was released this week, Swift’s famous bestie showed off his framed needlepoint gift. This is one of many personal moments Sheeran shares in the documentary, which features the charmed life of the English singer.
The needlepoint shows a rudimentary Swift and Sheeran climbing stairs, emblazoned with the often-quoted Drake lyrics “Started from the bottom, now we here.” The adorable craft also includes the Internet-famous phrase “The struggle is real” along the steps. The pair appear to be having a casual conversation about cats and legos while climbing the stairs.
When news of the needlepoint began to spread on social media sites, Swift took to Twitter, jokingly tweeting “But I thought everyone does this?” and including a link to a story about it. “Nah, just you,” Sheeran tweeted back.
This isn’t the first time Swift has made a hilarious/adorable arts and crafts project for her bestie. Last year, she gifted him a jar of homemade jam with a label that read, “Yo Ed- I’m really happy 4 you and I’m gonna let u finish but this is the best JAM OF ALL TIME.”
