Rob Kardashian Opens Up About Weight Struggle

Rob Kardashian continues to fight his weight issues and faces a potential health crisis.

On the mid-season finale of KUWTS, Rob shared his emotional struggle with his weight following his breakup with singer Rita Ora last year. The weight gain has begun to take a toll on his overall health.

“If he doesn’t change his lifestyle right away, he’s going to end up diabetic and his organs are going to shut down,” Kris is seen telling Kim on the show following Rob’s blood test.

Later, Kris shares the results with Rob, telling him, “I don’t want to see something horrible happen to you. Your liver is supposed to be between 0 and 44. It’s 217. Your liver is shutting down.”

At his 26th birthday party last month, Rob told US Weekly that his weight loss journey was going well. “I lost five to seven pounds last week. I’m trying to lose 40. It’s a little journey, but it’s good.”

He has been spotted working out with rapper The Game and photographed going on hikes. He even posted a photo on his Instragram on Friday, March 28 while working out. The photo shows a gym full of treadmills, basketballs and weights. “Just follow the yellow brick road,” he wrote.

But things may not be going so well for the reality TV star. An insider recently told US Weekly “Rob is really depressed. He’s not losing any weight. Rob has a trainer he’s supposedly working out with. But Rob rarely shows up for their sessions. The family is very concerned about him.”

Could they be so concerned that they are taking him to “fat camp”? Kris Jenner was recently photographed getting on a plane at Van Nuys airport, reportedly to take Rob to a weight loss program.

Rob seems to be feeling the pressure to lose the weight as well, recently telling Kim on KUWTS “I don’t really want to film with my shirt off… I’m sad. I don’t even want to sit down because of how fat I am. I don’t know, I just know what to do anymore.”
