Ke$ha is seeking eating disorder treatment outside of Chicago, but still managed to send notes to fans via Twitter.
Ke$ha may not have access to Social Media, but she had a friend post messages to Twitter…
Her stay in treatment will last 30 days. Meanwhile “Timber,” her collaboration with Pitbull, is #2 on the iTunes chart. Also in true Ke$ha fashion, she has requested that fans mail her teeth so she can dabble in ‘tooth art’ while recovering. Timberline Knolls shut that idea down, citing their policy against accepting human remains. Ick.
Ke$ha’s mother, Pebe Sebert, claims that her daughter could have dropped dead due to extremely low sodium levels and blood pressure. Sebert is also in rehab seeking help for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) after this ordeal. I couldn’t imagine watching your child suffer like that especially when they’re involved in an industry that can be so judgmental and cruel.
