Ryan Gosling, Bruce Willis, Maya Rudolph, Russell Crowe, Kevin Bacon, Zooey Deschanel, and Billy Bob Thornton!
1. Ryan Gosling: Dead Man’s Bones
No wonder women go crazy for this man: he looks phenomenal without a shirt and he is in a band!
2. Hugh Laurie: Band From TV
This band is comprised of multiple television actors who perform together for charity events. Laurie has also released multiple solo albums and is a member of another band titled: Hugh Laurie and the Copper Bottom Band. Talk about musically talented!
3. Billy Bob Thornton: The Box Masters
As the drummer and vocalist of this rockabilly band, Thornton lives up to his bad boy image. In fact, Thornton created controversy for his band during an interview, which caused them to be booed off a Canadian stage and never play in the country again.
4. Zooey Deschanel: She & Him
This duet first met on a film set and later began collaborating across country which eventually lead to the release of their first album: Volume One. They have went on to release three more albums and even tour with musical greats such as Emmylou Harris.
5. Michael Cera: Mister Heavenly
Unfortunately Cera has only guest starred as a bassist on a few appearances with this band; he is not scheduled to be on the album. It is still fun to imagine him as a rock star though.
6. Jada Pinkett Smith: Wicked Wisdom
This shouldn’t be a surprise, after all every single member of the famous Will Smith clan has attempted musical fame.
7. Maya Rudolph: Princess
This is actually Rudolph’s second experience as a band member. Before her television fame, she played the keyboard and lent her voice to backup vocals for the band The Rentals. Her current band, Princess, does covers of Prince songs.

Crowe has been performing and recording solo and with bands since the 1980’s. His latest band, Russell Crowe & The Ordinary Fear of God, came together in 2005. They performed sold out Australian and American tours in 2005 and 2006.
