Adam Levine is adding "apologies" to his list of pre-wedding duties!
The 35-year-old reigning Sexiest Man Alive and The Voice judge wants to go into his marriage with a clean slate. So he has been reaching out to his former girlfriends to try and make amends. He is set to wed 25-year-old Victoria’s Secret model fiance Behati Prinsloo this summer.
“He apologized for how he treated them,” an insider told Us Weekly.
Levine had previously been romantically linked to models Anne Vyalitsyna and Nina Agdal. He made headlines when he reportedly ended his romance with Agdal by ignoring her calls and then breaking the news of his engagement via text message.
“They couldn’t care less he wants to make it right,” another source told Us Weekly. Apparently the ladies weren’t so willing to accept the apology.
In addition to his attempts to reconcile with these former flames, Levine is taking another (even more bold) move to prove his devotion.
“He may get a tattoo of Behati’s name over his heart. He wants to make their love permanent on his body!” another source told Us Weekly. Levine had once publicly proclaimed to not be the marrying type.
Levine and Behati have been engaged since last year and are set to exchange wedding vows in Cabo San Lucas this summer before heading to Behati’s native Namibia for another celebration.
What do you think of Levine’s apologies? Would you reach out to your exes before getting married?
