26-year-old actress Hayden Panettiere had a beautiful baby girl, Kaya, in December 2014. Despite this happy occurrence, postpartum depression has plagued her ever since.
Hayden announced on twitter yesterday that she’s officially made the decision to “reflect holistically” on her mental health rather than remain in this rut.

She sought help for the condition back in October. Now it’s time for Hayden to just focus on Hayden for now.
