This is basically the most soulful thing you will see this week. Russian ballet phenom Sergei Polunin interprets Hozier's Grammy nominated song, "Take Me To Church." So raw and moving. Sure, it's ballet... but it's modern, kick butt ballet.

So yeah, Sergei Polunin is the man. The dude uses his stripped-down setting as a canvas and totally slays it. I love that he took such a classic medium and modernized it with a contemporary song and even let his tattooed skin show. A very modern and welcome twist on a classic dance format that some feel is too stuffy.

Besides this awesome video, Hozier is having a great week… he got smooched by Taylor Swift at Sam Smith’s post-Grammy Awards bash. Humm. Swifty with a talented and deep Irish crooner, could work.
